This exquisite stilton-style blue (due to the use of raw milk it cannot call itself a stilton) is produced by American Joe Schneider on the Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire. Everything in the production produces is done by hand including the ladling of the curds making this a beautifully rich, spicy blue which is well rounded on the palate despite being strong, finishing with a hint of salt. In our opinion one of the best blue's produced in the UK right now!

A classic Rioja made of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Mazuelo grapes. Aged for 13 months in American oak barrels giving it a fruity lightly oaked flavour. A young, easy drinking wine, it pairs well with a strong Cheddar.
