Where we deliver
We deliver within the UK mainland only.
We cannot currently deliver to:

Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)

Channel Islands

Any international addresses
Please ensure all delivery details are correct, especially house numbers and postcodes.
If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details being provided, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Highlands & Islands
Some postcodes incur an additional courier fee due to higher delivery costs:
AB31–38 / AB41–45 / AB55–56 · PA20–78 · PH15–99 · FK17–21 · KA27–28 · HS1–9 · IV · KW0–KW17 · ZE
At checkout, choose Next Day UK Delivery.
If your postcode falls into one of these zones, we’ll contact you to confirm the surcharge before dispatch.
Freshness of Cheese
All cheeses are cut fresh to order.

Soft cheeses: best enjoyed within 5–7 days

Hard cheeses: best within 10–14 days
We always pack orders with appropriate insulation and coolant to keep cheese in top condition during transit.
Click & Collect
Cost: Free
Collection days: Monday–Saturday
Collection time: 9am–5pm
Location: Our Chapel Allerton shop
Choose Click & Collect at checkout and select your preferred date
Orders are ready for collection from 9am onwards.
Local Delivery
Area: Addresses within a 6-mile driving radius of our shop
Cost: £3 (no minimum spend)
Delivery days: Tuesday–Friday
Select Local Delivery at checkout and choose your preferred delivery date from the calendar — it will only display dates we can deliver.
You’re welcome to leave a safe-place instruction at checkout.
We’ll knock or text on arrival.
Next Day UK Delivery (via DPD)
Area: UK mainland (outside our local delivery zone)
Cost: £8 flat rate
Gift vouchers: £2.50 (sent via Royal Mail)
Dispatch days: Tuesday–Thursday
Delivery days: Wednesday–Friday (next-day delivery after dispatch)
