A few useful things to know
Can we order just a few gifts?
You can buy our standard Christmas selections individually online. For a business order or bespoke hamper, tell us your approximate numbers and we’ll explain the options. Any minimum quantities for printing or special packaging will be confirmed in your quote.
Can you include our message or branding?
Tell us what you have in mind. We can discuss gift messages and branded touches, then confirm what’s available, how long it needs and what it costs.
Can you send gifts to different addresses?
Tell us whether your gifts are going to one office or to individual recipients. We’ll check eligible postcodes and confirm the cost for each destination. Delivery for a corporate order is agreed in your quote; the website’s free-shipping offer does not mean unlimited separate shipments. See our delivery information for current coverage.
How should the cheese be stored?
Cheese should be refrigerated on arrival. Follow the storage instructions and dates on each product. Let us know when the gift is intended to be enjoyed so we can advise on the selection and delivery date.
Can you help with dietary requirements?
Please mention dietary requirements and allergies in your enquiry. We’ll discuss suitable options and confirm product information before you order. Our standard selections are not all vegetarian.
When should we place our Christmas order?
Please get in touch early, particularly for larger quantities or personalised packaging. General Christmas pre-orders close at midnight on Sunday 13 December 2026, but bespoke and corporate orders may need an earlier deadline. Your quote will confirm the arrangements for your order.
