Malthouse Sourdough

Baked just down the road by Leeds Bread Co-op in Meanwood, this hearty sourdough combines malted grains with wholemeal and white flour.

It has a crisp crust, chewy crumb and a lovely deep, malty flavour. If you like your bread with a little more character than a classic white sourdough, this is a brilliant choice.

Especially good with mature cheddar, Lancashire and blue cheese.

Our bread is delivered to us fresh and is best enjoyed as soon as possible. For local delivery or collection, you’ll receive it at its freshest. If ordering for nationwide delivery, we recommend refreshing it for a few minutes in a warm oven. It also freezes very well.
