Proper flaky, buttery croissants from Bakeri Baltzersen in Harrogate.

Made with French butter and organic Shipton Mill flour, they’re crisp and golden on the outside with plenty of soft, buttery layers inside.

Perfect with coffee — although we’ve also been known to split one and add a slice of good cheese.

Freshness & delivery
Our pastries are delivered fresh and are best enjoyed the same day. If ordering for nationwide delivery, a few minutes in a warm oven will bring them beautifully back to life. They can also be frozen.
