Delicate acacia honey is infused with white truffle from Piedmont, giving it a wonderfully aromatic, earthy richness.  You only need a small drizzle, so a 50g jar goes surprisingly far.

It’s particularly brilliant with Parmesan, Pecorino and Gorgonzola — the combination of salty cheese, sweet honey and truffle is ridiculously good.
