A proper centrepiece pork pie from award-winning Lishmans of Ilkley — generously filled, beautifully made and big enough for the Christmas table.
At around 900g, it cuts into approximately 12–14 wedges, making it ideal for Boxing Day lunch, a festive buffet or the ultimate cheese-and-pork-pie spread.
Serve it with a punchy mature Cheddar, Stilton, pickles and a spoonful of chutney and you’ve got one of the great Christmas combinations.
