Colston Bassett Stilton
One of the great British blues. Rich, creamy and beautifully balanced, with the characteristic blue veining and mellow savoury flavour that makes Colston Bassett one of our favourite Stiltons.

Tunworth
Hampshire Cheese Co's superb British Camembert-style cheese. Soft and creamy with an earthy, mushroomy rind and increasingly rich, buttery flavours as it ripens.

Quicke's Mature Cheddar
Handmade in Newton St Cyres, Devon. Rich and buttery with a gentle nutty sweetness, savoury tang and a lingering finish.

Lishman's Fennel Salami
Made just up the road in Ilkley using high-welfare Yorkshire pork. An Italian-style salami seasoned with fennel, garlic and spices.

Lishman's Coppa
Air-dried Yorkshire pork, cured for at least six weeks. Rich, savoury and perfect alongside the cheeses.

Fine Cheese Co Dottato Figs for Cheese
Sweet Calabrian figs, slowly baked before being wrapped in fig leaves. Rich, sticky and particularly good with Stilton and Tunworth.

Emily Foods Organic Quince Paste
Sweet, fruity organic quince paste – a classic cheeseboard pairing and particularly good with the cheddar.

Peter's Yard Original Sourdough Crispbreads
Light, crisp sourdough crackers with enough crunch to stand up to the cheese without overpowering it.

Stockan's Thin Orkney Oatcakes
Traditional Scottish wholegrain oatcakes – simple, crisp and excellent with a wedge of cheese.

Promesa Rioja Crianza, 750ml
A classic Rioja made from Tempranillo, with ripe strawberry and blackberry fruit alongside soft vanilla, spice and cocoa notes from time in oak. A lovely match for both the cheddar and charcuterie.

Beautifully presented in a George & Joseph kraft hamper box and finished with our signature ribbon.
