Claire's Cauliflower Cheese with Bacon & Chicken Stock

Cheesemonger Claire loves Cheddar and especially how good it tastes when it's been melted with lots of crispy bits on top! So how does she serve her cauliflower for her Sunday Roast? With cheese on top of course. This recipe is a pimped up Cauliflower Cheese made using bacon and chicken stock (clearly not for veggies or the faint hearted!) and is made using our new Cheddar just in - award-winning Trethowan's Dairy Pitchfork.
