Each month we'd like to introduce one of our suppliers to you, starting with a new producer from London Urban Cordial who we began stocking just before Christmas. We love how they give each of their flavours a name such as Bobby - Apple, Cinnamon & Clove.
This is our healthier way of making delicious chicken wings with a blue cheese dip, inspired by our trips to New York City - we bake instead of deep fry and they still taste pretty damn fine!

With cheese on top of course. This recipe is a pimped up Cauliflower Cheese made using bacon and chicken stock (clearly not for veggies or the faint hearted!) and is made using our new Cheddar just in - award-winning Trethowan's Dairy Pitchfork.
