You can still purchase items such as Gift Cards, Event Tickets, Monthly Cheese Box Subscriptions, and Academy of Cheese Tickets as gifts.

Christmas and New Year Opening 2021
PLEASE READ THESE CHRISTMAS PRE-ORDERING GUIDELINES CAREFULLY!
With all of our cut cheeses we recommend eating softs within 5 to 7 days and 10 to 14 days for harder cheeses. If you are buying further in advance than this we recommend ordering from the Truckles page here, where the cheeses are individually wrapped with longer consumption dates on them.
Pre-orders are available for collection or local delivery between Monday 20th December and Christmas Eve. We have 50 local deliveries and 150 collections available on each day. We have closed orders for the preceding weekend to give us time to prep.
If you choose Collection - please collect your order from the market stall outside our shop anytime from 9am onwards on your chosen date.
Last date for dispatch for UK courier shipping is Thursday 16th December.
ALL ORDERS WILL CLOSE ON SUNDAY 12TH DECEMBER - we cannot make any changes including delivery method or delivery day after this time.
Once all our delivery and collection slots are fully booked, we will be closing our order books - this may happen before the 12th December, however we will keep everyone updated on the possibility of this happening.
You can now make changes to your order by logging back in with the same email address you ordered with, without needing to contact our customer service team. However you must do this before the 12th December or you will lose your previous reserved order slot.
You can choose absolutely anything off our website to add to your Christmas cheeses, everything is available to order.
Extra Large Pies and Game Pies are our only pre-order only products so if you order these for before Christmas you must leave at least 4 days between order and delivery to enable us to order them in especially.
Purchasing Gifts and Gift Cards
Within any product on our website you can now click on the button “GIFT THIS ITEM” if you wish to send it as a gift. You are then directed to a pop-up window where you enter the recipient’s email address, name and any gift message you wish to include.
An automatically generated email will be sent to the lucky recipient with your heartfelt message, making them aware that an item will be delivered to them in the future. Available on ALL products.
This is a great option if you are sending a gift to someone imminently. It may spoil the surprise if you are placing a pre-order for delivery in two months time! So please bear that in mind.
The “GIFT THIS ITEM” button can also be used for our G&J Gift Cards - you will just need to forward on the email confirmation which has the gift card code within it.
Our Gift Cards are available to purchase online and can be used on our website and in our shop in Chapel Allerton. If you “GIFT THIS ITEM” the giftee will receive an email with your gift message so no need to waste time and paper with printing.
If you wish to purchase hard copy gift vouchers you will need to come into the shop to buy them.
