Smooth glossy white rinded soft cheese great for cooking with. Rich and creamy. It is made in Italy by the Collebianco family using Water Buffalo milk. It has PDO status using Latte di Bufala from farms on the Sale Olains of Campania.
Recipe Ideas:
Mix with grated cheddar for a great cheese mix for the top of homemade pizzas. Mozzarella with tomatoes and fresh basil, drizzled with EVOO and seasoned well makes a delicious Caprese Salad.
