Made from dried Italian figs pressed into a dense, sliceable ball, it has a deep, jammy flavour and lovely chewy texture that works beautifully with salty and savoury cheeses.

We love it with blue cheese, goat’s cheese, Pecorino and mature Cheddar — just slice thinly and serve alongside the cheese.
