Ticklemore, was originally made by Robin Congdon, whom was the original producer of Harbourne and Beenleigh Blue, at Ticklemore Dairy, on the Sharpham Estate. He then passed the technique and recipe onto Debbie Mumford of Sharpham Dairy, where it has been made ever since.
The milk for Ticklemore is bought locally, and moulded in colanders, which gives it's distinctive shape. A goats' cheese for those that enjoy the milder essences. Beautifully mellow, citrussy, and crumbly.
