From Jamie Montgomery, the maker of the Famous, Montgomery's Cheddar. This is the British take on Raclette, the melty, oozy cheese, traditionally made in France and Switzerland.

With a beautiful orange coloured washed-rind, and a golden paste from the use of Jersey Milk. A great depth of savoury flavours, and deliciously sweet scent. Some may say this is even better than the original.
