A Yorkshire-made, Taleggio-style cheese with a soft, supple paste and plenty of savoury character. Made by Mario Olianas at Yorkshire Pecorino in Otley, Town Crier is a washed-rind cheese with a rich, creamy texture and a sweet, gently tangy finish.

This is a cracking choice for anyone who loves a soft cheese with a bit of personality, without heading too far into full-on stinkiness. Lovely on a cheeseboard, and spot on melted into risotto, pizza or a very good toastie.
