Peter's Yard Sourdough Crispbread Selection Box

Selection box of small-batch Sourdough Crispbreads made to a traditional Swedish recipe. Slowly fermented for 16 hours. Three flavours are included - Original, Charcoal & Rye and Spelt & Poppy Seed, approximately 30 crackers in each box, 90 in total (265g). Awarded a 1 star Great Taste Award in 2018. Made in the UK.

Ingredients:

Charcoal and Rye - milk, rye flour, wheat flour, sourdough, wholemeal wheat flour, honey, butter, charcoal, sea salt.

Spelt & Poppy Seed - spelt wheat flour, milk, sourdough, poppy seeds, muscovado sugar, sea salt.

Original - milk, rye flour, wheat flour, sourdough, wholemeal wheat flour, honey, salt. 

All made in a bakery that handles nuts and sesame.
