Our only German cheese and it's a good one! A mellow triple cream soft blue with veining and a natural grey rind, very similar to a Cambozola but we think it's even better. It is subtle and gentle, sweet with hints of salt. This is one for both fans of blues and a great entry level blue for beginners. It is incredibly creamy and indulgent, one of our most decadent, pleasing cheeses.
