Our celebration cheese cakes are special order items and as such we require at least two weeks notice to ensure we can get the stock required. Should you have left it a little late please do still get in touch via email and we'll see what we can do in your timeframe.
Our Yorkshire celebration cake is made of our usual delicious cheeses, all made within God's Own County of Yorkshire. The cake consists of:
Dale End Cheddar (roughly 2kg / diameter 26cm)
Old Roan Wensleydale (roughly 2kg / diameter 19cm)
Leeds Blue (roughly 1.6kg / diameter 16cm)
Barncliffe Brie (roughly 200g)
You will receive a minimum of 5.6kg of cheese, which would feed between 55 and 80 people.
