Our only German cheese and it's a good one! A mellow triple cream, soft blue with even veining, and a natural grey rind, very similar to a Cambozola. It is subtle and gentle, sweet, with a hint of salt. This is a great 'entry level blue', and a crowd-pleaser. It is incredibly creamy and indulgent, one of our most decadent, pleasing cheeses.
