Goccia Nera (black drop) - 51% cooked grape must and 49% wine vinegar. A classic light salad balsamic, a little sweetness and a pleasant hit of acidity. An entry-level everyday balsamic.
Goccia Oro (gold drop) - 80% cooked grape must and 20% wine vinegar. Thick, dense, strong and full-bodied. More of a special occasion balsamic. Delicious!
