Produced by Jumi, this ready-to-use fondue mix is based on Schlossberger – a traditional Swiss hard cheese made in the Emmental using a five-generation family recipe.

The cows behind this cheese graze on fresh alpine grass in summer and hay in winter, giving beautifully balanced milk and a fondue with depth, sweetness and perfect ripeness. The cheese is then blended with Swiss white wine to create a fondue that melts smoothly and tastes exactly as it should.
