The Gledhow (65 - 90 people) - All Vegetarian Cheeses

Our celebration cheese cakes are special order items and as such we require at least two weeks notice to ensure we can get the stock required. Should you have left it a little late please do still get in touch via email and we'll see what we can do in your timeframe. 

Our Gledhow celebration cake is made of our usual delicious cheeses, all made using vegetarian rennet. The cake consists of:

Dale End Cheddar (roughly 2kg / diameter 26cm)

Colston Bassett Stilton (roughly 2kg / diameter 20cm)

Ticklemore Goat (roughly 1.6kg / diameter 18cm)

Cornish Yarg (roughly 1kg)

Winslade (roughly 200g)

You will receive a minimum of 6.5kg of cheese, which would feed between 65 and 90 people.

You can choose the cheese which sits in the middle to replace the Ticklemore Goat from the following options:

Rachel - Veggie, Goat, Raw Milk (cake total weight 7kg)

Godminster Smoked Cheddar - Veggie, Cow, Pasteurised Milk (cake total weight 6kg)

Waterloo - Veggie, Cow, Raw Milk (cake total weight 5.8kg)

Each cake will be a slightly different weight and any cakes with less than 6.5kg will feed the lower number of people comfortably.
