An organic North Yorkshire farmhouse cheddar, traditionally clothbound.
Gorwydd Caerphilly - unpasteurised cow's milk, animal rennet
This is one of our favourites, a classic crumbly territorial.
Colston Bassett Stilton - pasteurised cow's milk, vegetarian rennet
Probably one of the best blue cheeses produced in the UK, consistently great with incredible veining.
Baron Bigod Suffolk Brie - pasteurised cow's milk, animal rennet
Unctuous, we think this is better than many French bries.
Also included is a box of Peter's Yard Sourdough Crackers, and a jar of Rosebud Preserves Chutney.
