A traditional Gouda straight from Holland, this is aged for a minimum of 24 months, has a close, dry texture, with a crystalline crunch. Well-balanced flavours, with caramel and butterscotch at the forefront.
Wijngaard is a small family-run business, that has been operating since 1936, currently run by the 4th generation, Jan. Their milk comes from grass-fed cows, that are pasture fed within the summer months.
