Appleby's Dairy is run by husband and wife team, Sarah and Paul Appleby. In their own words "a small traditional farmhouse dairy, making delicious, thought-provoking cheeses from a herd of grazing animals".
The fresh, raw milk, comes from their own grass-fed herd, whom graze on the salt-plains of the Cheshire Basin. Mellow, nutty, and rich, this Double Gloucester is matured for around 16 weeks.
