Paxtons Cheese Plane
A beautifully made cheese plane perfect for shaving semi-hard and hard cheese for salads or over pasta. Can also cut even slices of cheese for sandwiches or toasties.
The stainless steel blade is etched with the Paxton & Whitfield logo and runs the full length right to the end of the handle which makes it stronger and more durable. The wooden handle is triple riveted.
Wash by hand in warm soapy water and dry, do not leave to air-dry. Do not soak. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
