Yorkshire Pecorino Fresco
A young, creamy delight with a yoghurt-like flavour, Yorkshire Pecorino Fresco is made from local ewe's milk and aged for just 30 days. It's a cheese that boasts numerous awards and is perfect for salads or as a standout on any cheeseboard .
Cornish Yarg
Wrapped in nettles for a distinctive finish, Cornish Yarg is a light-textured cheese with fresh citrus notes and a subtle herbaceous flavour. Originating from a 1615 recipe, it embodies the revival of traditional British cheesemaking, offering a semi-hard cheese with a mushroomy taste, creamy under its nettle rind but crumbly at its heart.
Ticklemore
Ticklemore presents a firm yet crumbly texture with a chalky paste just beneath its bloomy, white rind. Its flavour profile is beautifully lemony and herbaceous, reflective of the Devonshire goat's milk from which it's crafted.
