This small hamper is about as local as you can get to us in Leeds. We have paired a traditional Yorkshire cheese with a chutney from North Yorkshire producers Rosebud Preserves and added in a box of plain Sourdough Crispbreads which are our go to.
Richard III Wensleydale - Pasteurised, Cow's Milk, Vegetarian Rennet - 200g
One of only a few small artisan Wensleydale producers left, Richard III is still made to it's original ancient recipe producing a more moist, less crumbly Wensleydale. It is named after Middleham, the birthplace of Richard III, the town where the original dairy was based. Eaten young, Richard III Wensleydale is clean, light and fresh with a gentle lemony flavour.
