It takes its name from the Vale of Belvoir, which surrounds the creamery.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRobin decided to experiment with a new blue cheese, similar to Gorgonzola; one of his favourite cheeses. After two years of work, Beauvale was born.
